The large lounge opens to the conservatory and the kitchen, providing an open space area separate from the bedrooms and bathrooms, ensure privacy for guests. It has a large screen TV with Sky TV and comfortable seating arrangement.

Spires Barn Lodge originated as a barn, developed with 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms into a very comfortable and unique building. It is widely appreciated by large groups.
